The doctor was very kind and printed out photos to explain in detail which line the surgery would follow. I got the feeling I could trust them, and because they did not take many consultation bookings, I was able to get a consultation without waiting. Compared with other hospitals, the consultants' faces looked more natural, which attracted me more.
