I consulted with Dr. ㅅ about my eyes and nose. Before the consultation, I took 9 photos, and during the consultation they looked at the photos while drawing on them. For the nose, I wanted to correct the crooked nose and hump and raise the bridge height. The surgical method was to do an incisionless osteotomy on the inside to straighten the crooked nose, balance both sides, shave down the hump, and for the bridge they estimated 4 to 5 mm of silicone, but they said the silicone is inserted while looking at the situation during surgery, so talking about it in advance is meaningless. For the eyes, they talked about a hidden double eyelid and eye correction. The surgery is done under sedation anesthesia, and they said the nose surgery would only use silicone. If, due to a silicone rejection reaction, it had to be removed because of inflammation, then if I visited within 1 year they would remove it for free and do AS with dermis. The doctor's consultation was generally detailed, but during the manager's consultation I got the impression that the manager was being very cautious. They kept saying the crooked columella might not be corrected, there could be inflammation, the nostrils would remain uneven, and that even if I had double eyelid surgery it could still come undone, and so on. From my impression, it felt like they had received quite a few complaints from patients. I also felt there would be a fairly big difference in how they respond before and after cosmetic surgery, and when I was signing the consent form before surgery, I also felt that if I didn't read it carefully, it could be quite unfavorable to the patient. Also, because the surgery is done under sedation anesthesia, I was bothered that I wouldn't know which silicone or how many millimeters were inserted without discussing it with the patient. The facilities and the friendliness of the consultation were fine, but the expectations for surgery... well... I don't feel positively about it.
