I only had front canthoplasty, but because I also have ptosis and uneven eyes, they recommended double eyelid surgery. However, I said I was satisfied with my own double eyelids, so they were nice and did not push it on me. Also, they explained things very thoroughly, which was good, and the director didn't want to give me a discount since I was only doing front canthoplasty, but I held out right after the visit with a reservation discount and barely got one. They are neither friendly nor unfriendly, and say only what needs to be said. The nurses are very kind. After surgery, a slight asymmetry in the crease at the inner corner of my eyes and a needle mark like a pimple appeared on one eye. I thought it would disappear with time, but it didn't, so I went back a few years later. In photos taken with the flash on, the inner crease on one eye doesn't appear to extend all the way down, but in shaded places it is clearly visible. They kept saying there was no problem, and that it was because I was older or because I had gained weight and the skin had sagged. It's true that I got older and gained weight, but even when I first had the surgery, I had uneven eyes and the crease was much deeper on only one side. Still, they kept saying that and even said it was ridiculous, so I felt that continuing the conversation would just not end and would only waste my emotions, so I just apologized and left. So now I am looking into front canthoplasty revision surgery. I do not recommend it.
