Since there was only one director, the waiting time was a bit long, but they still tried to look at me carefully. I don't really know how professional the consultation was.. because I took photos before the consultation and went in, and I thought they would explain things while looking at those photos, but they mostly just looked at my face and explained based on that. (Maybe that's normal, I don't know.) And the other managers were kind, but the person who handled my consultation wasn't great, so I gave the kindness a 2-star rating.
