I saw the event, had a consultation, and had surgery right away. The director was kind, and most of the staff were kind too. I went in a rush, so I hadn’t properly thought through the consultation questions, which is why I took off a star. The director handled the areas that were lacking on his own, and although my forehead went down more than I expected after surgery, my satisfaction is over 90%.
