First of all, the director seemed to have a high level of certainty and confidence about the surgery. The consultation was also thorough. As for the consultant, I’m not sure if something suddenly came up, but a different person, not the one who saw me at first, did the cost consultation. It wasn’t a problem for me that the person changed midway, but the second person was really perfunctory with the cost consultation and also gave half-hearted answers to my questions. They were the worst person who has responded to me out of all the consultations I’ve been to so far.
