I visited for a consultation because I wanted to shave down the hump a bit and create a straight, high nasal bridge. From the beginning, the consultant responded so kindly and provided such good counseling that I was able to continue the consultation very comfortably. The director examined the condition of my nose closely and recommended the surgeries I needed, and while showing me reviews from people who had surgery, explained in detail how close they could get me to the nose I wanted, which I liked.
