Right after surgery, it was a straight-to-slightly upturned line, but the nasal tip kept dropping, and now it has become wide and blunt like my old nose. Thanks to that, it looks natural, so nobody knows I had a nose surgery.. Still, since I don’t have any severe side effects, I’m not planning on revision surgery, but I’m thinking about reducing the nostril wings with something like Elasticum. I didn’t get the slim, sharp, high, pointy nose I wanted As expected, there are limits to making the nasal tip with only septal cartilage. I think using ear cartilage would have been better. Has anyone had revision surgery on only the nasal tip? I wonder if it was successful.. It would be nice to share experiences together.
