Everything was good, but it was disappointing because the director in charge of the procedure (not the director from YouTube) felt like they were giving the consultation half-heartedly… It felt like a factory that keeps taking patients with a businesslike, office-style attitude?? Of course, since I don’t have dermatology clinic experience, I may have felt it even more that way, but somehow I didn’t feel a huge amount of trust about leaving a procedure in their hands.
