I got a very satisfying result, and I think the cost was reasonable too. It may not be a hugely important part, but the facilities were a bit disappointing.
<Complaint about facilities> First, on the day of surgery, I was lying on the operating table, and before anesthesia there was suddenly a power outage, so I was really startled. There were two male nurses, and they were almost Pat and Mat-level clueless, so I felt anxious...
The surgery ended safely and well, but during aftercare, the male nurse handled the radiofrequency laser machine so poorly that I filed a complaint. They added one more aftercare service for me, and another consulting staff member eventually redid the radiofrequency care properly, so I felt a bit better.
