The doctor is extremely kind. The chief coordinator looks annoyed, and even when reciting memorized lines they rattle them off carelessly. They push for same-day reservations because they give a discount only if you book that day, and I don’t like that. They say the reservation deposit is non-refundable, but where is that a thing? In this day and age, I dislike both the claim that the deposit can’t be refunded and the push for same-day booking.
