The consultation was based on CT and X-rays, and I do not like flashy noses, so I felt that the director and I were aligned in direction. They also explained the implant options thoroughly. When I was debating whether to use silicone or go implant-free, they advised me on how to think about that choice. The manager was also kind; in many other hospitals, people often have what you could call a shady vibe, but there was none of that here. It is a hospital with a good overall impression. I had my first nose surgery here, and I was satisfied, so I am writing this review! Reason for surgery: 1) The nasal tip is short 2) The face lacks overall dimension 3) I want to move away from a round, cute impression 4) I thought it would become much more beautiful after surgery Surgical goals: A natural line between straight and slightly curved, like Karina's nose Not too high, but higher than my current nose A natural nose with the bridge and tip improved from my original nose From the front, not sharply pointed but round, with less nostril visibility than before No flashy nose that looks obviously surgical No pinched nostrils and nostril flare like an outlet Materials: Silicone 2.5-3 mm, ear cartilage + septal cartilage Surgery review: I did not have a major complex about my original nose, and although it was not especially pretty, it was not a nose with any major flaws, so people around me advised me not to risk various side effects. Even so, after the consultation, I came to trust them and decided to proceed. The after photo is from the day the splint was removed (day 8). I still had a slight protruding-mouth and weak-chin look, but after the nose surgery, my side profile became much prettier, so I think it was the right choice. The line also came out so beautifully that I am very satisfied. People around me all said it turned out well.. Because the swelling went down quickly, I went to work on day 9, and the insensitive older men at work did not recognize me ^^ What I am most satisfied with is that it does not look obviously surgically altered. They said the swelling would continue to go down, so it will probably look even more natural? I was worried it might end up pinched because they said my skin does not stretch well, but it seems they handled it carefully and well. They say nose surgery is hard to get right, but my first surgery turned out so well that I am truly grateful to the director.. I hope many people see my review and go there.. Reason for choosing the hospital: I visited more than 10 hospitals for consultations. At other places, because my nose skin does not stretch well, some even recommended using donated rib cartilage even though it was my first surgery, and some hospitals recommended silicone as high as 4 to 4.5; at minimum, the average recommendation was around 3.5. This hospital alone recommended around 2.5, but after deciding on the hospital I got greedy and said I wanted to use about 3.5 mm, and the director said that would definitely look obvious and that we needed to go lower, so we settled on a maximum of 3, and I am so glad we did not go higher. I heard that they shaved down silicone from 3 mm to use it. Also, many places did consultations without CT scans, but here they used the CT to judge how much silicone would be appropriate and also checked the septal cartilage size, so we were able to proceed without donated rib cartilage. The manager and staff were also not the usual so-called shady type who pressure you too hard or act rude; everyone here was kind and friendly. Avek Plastic Surgery does not seem like a hospital that has been open for a very long time, and I had not seen much advertising for it. Reviews on the surgery app were not especially numerous compared with other hospitals, and its recognition was not that high, so even though it was the place I liked most after the consultation, I honestly hesitated. Still, when I looked at the blog run by the director, I noticed that for each surgery case he consistently posted the surgical method and before-and-after examples. Even while I was still deciding after the consultation, the posts kept being updated steadily. Reading those posts gave me a lot of trust. Also, the manager said the director aims to finish with the first surgery without needing revision, and that the operating room hygiene is very good, which increased my favorable impression. And from the relatively few reviews, most said things like they came because someone around them had good results.. That made me think it might actually be better than hospitals that advertise a lot, so I decided on it. I feel good because I think I made a good choice.. I am very satisfied.
