As long as the hospital isn't busy, they are kind and do the procedures well. I don't know about others, but I do think the main director definitely has skill. The staff are generally kind too, if not extremely so. Honestly, when they're busy, I did feel like they were a bit less meticulous, but there were no major problems, and I was satisfied enough that it's one of the hospitals I end up visiting once every few years.
