I waited, but after the doctor's consultation there was only a short bit, and then the manager wouldn't come in At other plastic surgery clinics, you see the doctor first and then the manager right away, but here I waited more than 30 minutes... When I asked the front desk, they said the manager was on the phone and to wait a moment... When the manager finally came, they asked if I had any other questions, and then just went silent... Isn't a cost consultation basic? I waited more than two hours here just to get a consultation that was only a few minutes shorter than at other clinics. If it's going to be like this, why did you tell me to come today? Why call me at all when I no-showed? Why bother calling? They probably did it carelessly because they thought I wasn't going to have surgery right away...
