They're not as soft-spoken as on YouTube, but a bit more sharp. Even when I kept asking questions for over 30 minutes, they gave me blunt but helpful answers and listened to everything.. I was worried because I wanted something natural but still glamorous, yet not looking like a plastic-surgery monster.. I had studied a bit from YouTube, haha, and wanted to raise the angle of my columella by building up the columellar support.. But isn't septal extension supposed to prevent pinching the nose? I asked all kinds of strange questions out of anxiety, and in the end I was just a yes-person hahaha. I was sorry. The 3D program was helpful, but since it was like a photo of a baby ultrasound with my eyes closed and no hair at all.. I wasn't sure, so later I asked them to Photoshop it using my own photos and tell me which image would be closer to the result after surgery, and they kindly explained!! It's surprising that there are no review events at all, but I booked during peak season (July-August) and the reservation was made too easily, so that made me a little nervous too..ㅋ
