The hospital is very large and feels extremely systematic. Because of that, even though I had a reservation, I felt things were progressing smoothly! The manager was very kind and listened to my opinions very well. I heard the director has a huge number of surgeries, and maybe because of that, during the consultation he looked low on energy and gave the impression of wanting to finish quickly? Still, I liked his own confidence and the firmness with which he clearly said no to things that did not seem possible!
