Ah..............the waiting time is seriously long. Maybe the staff know that too, because they bring snacks from time to time. They seem to be working so hard. The consultation with the head director is kind, but rather than focusing on the procedure I wanted, they look at my face and explain things comprehensively. At times I thought, should I do it? but I also wondered if they were recommending too much.
