Later, since I have type 3 alar retraction (a hooked nose with the nostrils facing outward toward the sides of the face), there is no effect from alar base reduction.. And there was also someone who strongly said that the nostril rim/alar wing is a tissue issue and not something to touch, also since they say the nostril rim and alar wing cannot be reversed once done, I thought I should be a little more cautious I also had a cheekbone consultation, but it didn't seem like a hospital that does a lot of facial contouring to begin with. The consultant did not pressure me to book, and was kind on KakaoTalk too. I think they also tried to match the price as much as possible
