I visited another plastic surgery clinic and then noticed that Hanmi Plastic Surgery was in the same building, so I went upstairs wondering if I could get a consultation without an appointment. I went in and said, 'I came without a reservation, so I was wondering if I could still get a consultation?' If they had said no, that would have been fine, but they kept sighing and making it obvious they were annoyed, then said, 'Ah... since you're here, we'll do it for you, but next time you need to make a reservation first,' and that was the first thing that put me in a bad mood. Then, second, the doctor had an awful way of speaking. I went for under-eye consultation, and they said, 'Why are you smiling like that? Why are you making that expression? We can't fix eyes that smile like that' (basically meaning, 'it may not improve much, so don't blame me if the surgery doesn't go well'), and that just made me feel worse.
