The consultation reviews for this place on the app were not good, but based on how the actual consultation felt, it didn’t feel rude; rather, the doctor seemed to lack a service mindset. For example, at other clinics, they kindly explained the surgical method and concerns from the patient’s perspective with a smile, but the director at HM just stated clearly whether something was right or wrong and didn’t explain kindly. It felt like, “Yeah, no~” People who place importance on consideration and kindness, such as the other person’s tone of speech, and who are easily hurt do not seem like a good fit. During the consultation, they showed many review photos of women in a similar age range, and regarding the under-eye wrinkles after surgery that I was worried about, they firmly said, “They won’t happen,” and clearly told me that surgery would improve it. During the consultation, they checked whether I had received under-eye filler, Rejuran, etc. by pressing firmly under my eyes. It wasn’t a friendly consultation, but somehow I got the feeling they had the most clinical experience and would be good at surgery.. In the end, I decided on this place for several reasons, and about a month has passed; I’m also satisfied with the surgical result. It was worth going to consultations at several clinics before deciding!!! One thing I’m wondering is, compared with the estimated costs in the consultation reviews here, why was my surgery cost higher than other people’s…? It wasn’t a revision surgery, I’m young, and I have no experience with procedures around the eyes…^^.. Still, the surgery went well, so I’m satisfied.
