I had already seen the YouTube videos and liked it so much that I made a consultation appointment and went in for a consult. The manager was kind, and the other staff were kind too, but I had been really looking forward to the consultation with the director, and maybe because he was very tired, he wasn’t like the image I had from YouTube. ㅠㅠ He seems like a very honest person.
