They said it might improve compared to my nose now, but if the perforation gets inflamed, the nose could collapse. I have to take a risk, so what should I doㅠㅠ. Hearing that drained all my energy. If someone really can’t live any longer with a nose like this, then trying surgery may be an option. There were places that said they could definitely do the surgery, but the director was honest about the worst-case scenario, and that actually made me trust them more. After the consultation with the director, the manager came in and first said the surgery fee would be 10 million, but when I said price wasn’t an issue, she suddenly called the director and said, “You didn’t include the nasolabial angle price, did you~~,” and then suddenly added 3 million won. Even during my consultation with the director before that, they had already talked about the nasolabial angleㅡㅡ, so I guess saying money doesn’t matter during consultations is not something you should bring up lightly. It came out of desperation in the momentㅡㅡ. Aside from that estimate issue, the manager was also kind during the consultation.. They said the price would be adjusted if I actually had the surgery. They didn’t charge a consultation fee after the consultation. They even photoshopped what my nose would look like after surgery if I did it on my own nose, and it was exactly the nose I wantedㅜㅜ If it weren’t for the perforation, I would have had surgery with the director. With my nose as it is now, I’m too scared to take the risk..
