I went because of YouTube, but the facilities and the staff had an old-fashioned vibe.. the interior felt a bit dated(?), and the staff treated customers like they were just shoppers at a clothing store.. If they had said from the beginning that it would take over an hour, I wouldn't have gone.. Even when I said it was fine to wait and just wanted them to tell me roughly how long it would take, they acted like they couldn't care less, with an annoyed tone.. The doctor's consultation also felt like they just wanted to finish quickly and told me to ask if I had questions, and after handling the consultation like that, they said they wouldn't charge the consultation fee because I had waited so long.. I have no intention of visiting again.
