Point review

I came in because my ptosis correction had gone wrong, and I had surgery, but near the end of the surgery, after fat grafting, one eye came loose. I had several revisions after that, but it still wasn't fixed. As time passed, I went to other places to try to fix my eyes, but I was refused surgery because there wasn't enough skin, and I even heard about a skin graft at a university hospital.

I have conjunctivitis, and one eye is loose and lifted, and the asymmetry makes me look bad, and the discomfort in my eyes is severe. They don't close when I sleep, and it hurts.

I feel a huge sense of loss and helplessness, because I trusted and relied on them so much.

Rather than discussing the surgical plan and the situation with the patient, it seems they put a lot of weight on the manager's opinion, and the results conflicted with the patient's wishes. I also couldn't get a clear explanation for the cause of the problem.

Because of that, it has become very difficult to fix my eyes elsewhere, and I'm being told that surgery itself is impossible.

I trusted this place so much because I thought it was a place that gives hope to people in difficult situations, but without even realizing my eyes were getting worse and worse, this is the result I ended up with.

I know the impression is kind and the intent is sincere, but if I judge only my eye condition coldly, it's frustrating.
