Community Review of a Clinic

I never imagined I would like this place this much..... I needed an objective opinion on whether I should do my jaw together or if just the cheekbones would be enough, so I booked consultations at two places that were said to assess facial harmony well and speak honestly. I had no intention of having surgery at either place and really went purely for consultations, yep One of them was this clinic. To be honest, I had seen a lot of posts saying the effect there was minimal, so it was a hospital where I had no intention of having surgery.. But.. first of all, the director was sweet, and I was surprised because I only said my concern was my cheekbones, and he immediately mentioned the 45-degree area. And especially, he showed cases while distinguishing the upper and lower cheekbones in the 45-degree area, and also showed a case where someone with developed upper cheekbones had the osteotomy line placed low (suitable for the lower cheekbone) and then needed revision surgery, so I liked that even more. He also said that cutting the bone near the eyes is risky, so he would shave it slightly instead, and that was also soㅠㅠ appealing. My case really has developed 45-degree cheekbones almost right next to the eyes? directly under the eyes.. And he immediately caught that my right cheekbone is bigger too.. Even if I didn't first say which areas bothered me, he looked and told me himself, and he pinpointed only the areas I was most concerned about, which I really liked. It felt like our aesthetic sense matched? The reason I want cheekbone surgery is because of the 45-degree area, and when he explained the 45-degree area, I could feel he was almost excited lol. He seemed really serious about the 45-degree area. He said if I only do the cheekbones, sedation is possible, and he said honestly, he thinks places that don't offer sedation probably can't do sedation. Actually, the clinic I had been watching for years also does sedation if it's cheekbones only.. And since recovery is definitely faster with sedation, that was another appealing point. I asked whether my jaw would look too long, but he said that honestly, my chin is not so long right now that it absolutely needs to be done, so he personally doesn't really recommend doing the jaw. He also recommended liposuction, but it felt more like an optional choice (because he didn't explain it as a main focus), so I probably won't do it together. The consultant didn't pressure me for a deposit, and she wasn't particularly kind or unkind, just kind of average. The consultant at the desk was very kind. It was so good that I genuinely wanted to have surgery here right away.. But because there are many posts saying the effect is minimalㅠ I wonder if the side cheekbones will reduce dramatically, even if the 45-degree area does? I don't want completely straight-line cheekbones, but still, since it's expensive, I think I'd be so upset if there were no effect.. Ah, the cost was 5.5 million won for one type, 5 million won with photo review. Liposuction was 2.75 million won for lower cheeks (seems like the cheekbone area), jawline, and double chin, 2.5 million won with photo review.
