I had a buried-suture surgery here in early 2019, and it came undone. Before the surgery, they said if it came undone within a year, the revision would be free, so I went back in late 2019 to get surgery again. They said buried sutures would come undone again, so it had to be an incision method, and because it wasn’t the same surgery as before, I had to pay again. The manager was kind during the first surgery, but by the second surgery the manager had changed, and maybe because I went alone as a student, they looked down on me and were extremely rude. I also had my inner corner done here during the first surgery, and it left a scar. When I carefully asked about that scar, they got angry and said, didn’t we tell you before surgery that we’re not responsible for side effects or scars? And throughout the consultation they kept speaking to me dismissively. By the end of the consultation I was so angry that I said, is this place always this rude, and do you always take your frustration out on patients? Only then did they apologize and say sorry. After surgery, they were so apologetic that they even gave me a laser treatment or something like that to reduce swelling, and at that time they said it was because they hadn’t slept at all that day. After the double eyelid surgery, people often say my eyes are pretty and it seems like it turned out not too much, but the scar from the inner corner surgery is still noticeable. The doctor was kind.
