I had surgery at another hospital for ptosis with non-incisional suture double-eyelid ptosis correction, but the symmetry was not right. Over time, one side came undone and my eyes became completely uneven, so I decided on revision surgery. I did not want to have revision surgery again, so I wanted an incisional method, and they said that because I had no fat in my upper eyelids, fat grafting was also needed, so I proceeded with that as well. Maybe because it was a revision surgery, the swelling lasted a bit long, but with cold and warm compresses and light walks from time to time, it is going down well, though not rapidly, and my uneven eyes have improved, so I am very satisfied.
