I went around looking up information online here and there because I was planning to get nose surgery, then made a reservation and went for a consultation~ Everyone at the front desk, the coordinator, and the director were all kind, so I was really nervous but felt reassured There was absolutely no pressure to make a reservation, no pressure to pay a deposit, and no over-treatment either But the waiting time was long, so that was a bit tough
