It’s day 6 after my nose surgery. I had the splint removed today and took a shower for the first time, and I feel like I could fly. I used septal cartilage and ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip, and had 3 mm silicone inserted. Fortunately, I didn’t bleed much, so the cotton packing was removed from the first day. After removing the splint, I have yellow bruising and red bruising under my eyes. They said it should take about two weeks for everything to disappear, so I’m walking a lot and applying medication diligently.
