There was some waiting time overall.. I had to wait after the consultation with the manager, and especially after the consultation with the director, it took quite a while before I could see the manager again. After the CT scan, the director explained everything in detail and I was able to ask many questions, which I liked. But I felt the staff were a bit unfriendly.
