The hospital facilities did not look especially great, but the director looked at my nose and explained everything for me on their own. They showed me a lot of before-and-after photos. The counseling director was the best. So kind, and even when I asked a lot of questions, they answered everything kindly and warmly. The counseling director was much kinder than the doctor.
