I had surgery for a bulbous nose with no columella, no osteotomy, and silicone was used. For the tip, they used ear cartilage, and it seems the director prefers putting ear cartilage in the tip over other materials. I had already been thinking about ear cartilage from the time I was looking into implants, so that matched my direction well. I didn't have much ambition for the bridge, so they placed 2 mm of silicone, and I wanted a natural line that would just trim the alar base and feel like my own nose? It's been a little over a month now, so I can't say the line is fully settled yet, but it seems to have turned out naturally and well. It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I kept calling the clinic like crazy...... Thank you for answering everything kindly...
