I had an upturned nose with a wide columellar angle, and I had the columella lowered together with the nasal tip. I’m really satisfied! My choice of hospital was the kind that, if other people heard about it, they would tell me to choose more carefully, but I immediately had it done by the doctor I felt drawn to, and in the end I got a nose I’m satisfied with haha
