Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

Day 4 after breast augmentation^^

Sebbin Motiva round + transaxillary incision, right 300 cc, left 330 cc

They said there was almost no asymmetry between both sides, but in the end different implant volumes were inserted on each side. During the consultation, I kept saying I wanted a D cup, but they said that because I’m short, if only my breasts are large my upper body could look bulky, and side effects could be more likely. So on the day of surgery, during the design, I said, “I want a full C cup, but please adjust as you see fit while you’re doing the surgery, doctor~”

I was a bit nervous before surgery, but after waking up and lying in the hospital room resting for about 4 hours, the cast-like thing pressing on my breasts made it hard to breathe because of the pressure. Since I had a transaxillary incision, that area felt a bit tight, and there was also a pricking sensation in my breasts. It was uncomfortable that I was thirsty from not being able to drink even a sip of water since early evening the day before, and the anesthetic taste lingered in my mouth, which made me feel even thirstier. The most uncomfortable part was that after being discharged that day, when I slept at home, I slept in an L shape ㅠㅠ I put tons of cushions against the wall and kept endlessly repeating leaning back and bending forward ㅠㅠ Sleeping on the first night was the most uncomfortable.

Unlike the hospital’s advertising, with the transaxillary approach, I had to keep the drainage tube in until my visit the next day. ;;;; I didn’t feel much resistance to it, but I hope they explain this in advance to future patients. Maybe because it was endoscopic surgery, my body is clean without a single bruise. The next day, they removed the drainage tube, the pain-control injection, and the cast-like thing placed to prevent upper pole fullness. Someone said drainage tube removal was distressing, so I was very nervous too, but I didn’t feel anything ㅋㅋ

Right now I’m wearing a compression bra + compression band (to prevent upper pole fullness), and I went to work. It’s a bit uncomfortable when turning curves while driving, and yesterday I got help from my family to wash my hair. Starting today, I’m going to try doing it gently by myself. It’s really hard that I can’t take even a simple shower until the stitches are removed. ㅠㅠ The band area of the compression bra is already itchy.

Compared with the first and second days, the breast pain (tingling) has decreased a lot. I didn’t fasten the compression band all the way, and left it slightly loose. Otherwise it was hard to breathe, and the wing area of my back hurt too much.

If I may say one thing to those hesitating about breast surgery,,,, Only get the surgery if you truly, truly, truly cannot live without voluminous breasts, and if you are really, genuinely, desperately feeling that way. (Everyone here comes here with these concerns, so I’m sure there’s no one who isn’t desperate;;;) In my case, I had just thought it would be nice to have a bit more breast volume~~ so honestly, right now I do feel a little regret that I should have thought about it more before doing it.

Well, since I’ve already done it, I’m going to try to maintain beautiful breasts for a long time without side effects.

Thank you for reading this long post. Later, when I’m out of the compression bra, I’ll upload a photo review!
