A year ago, I had breast fat grafting surgery over 2 sessions, but I was not very satisfied. Because of breastfeeding, I was an A cup that had lost volume inside. My body type is slim, so clothes tend to look good on me, but my small breasts always felt 30% lacking. A friend who did it with me has a body type that gains some fat, and she saw some effect even after the second round of fat grafting. About a full B cup to C cup. So I decided on implants and had a periareolar incision with 220 cc inserted. I still had 150 cc remaining from the previous fat grafting, and now it is day 47 after surgery. I like the shape, but the feel is really like a bouncy ball. Since it was the clinic where I had the grafting done, I trusted them and followed the consultation, but they said there was no particular need to use micro-textured implants, and that since I had fat, textured would be enough. The advantage is that no massage is needed, but I am very disappointed with the feel. Will it become more natural as time passes? I would appreciate advice from people who had textured implants.
