They don't recommend unnecessary surgery and understand my eyes better than I do. It seems like they are better at incisionless procedures than incisional ones, but I have a lot of fat on my eyelids and they seem pretty tough, so I asked them to do an incision and I'm satisfied. The front eye corner surgery is a little noticeable, but there's no visible red flesh or anything, so I just live with it.
