I’m writing this because reviews related to double-jaw surgery have been posted here and there!! I also had double-jaw surgery at a university hospital for medical purposes, not cosmetic purposes. I did get it a bit cheaper through someone I knew at the hospital, and I had it done in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Maybe because of that, even though 5 years have passed, I’m dissatisfiedㅠㅜㅜ I knew it wouldn’t be corrected 100% completely anyway, but my face became crooked again, and asymmetry definitely comes back if pelvic and scoliosis correction isn’t done. Maybe because I had it done at a university hospital, I never felt like double-jaw surgery hurts!!! Instead, what was hardest was the first day, using that oxygen respirator and not being able to breathe, and not being able to eat... That was the hardestㅠㅠ sigh. Later, I’m planning to get revision double-jaw surgery at a plastic surgery clinic. The asymmetry recurred, so it’s still stressful, and part of my lower lip has no sensation. Ugh. Even though I had surgery at a university hospital, I don’t think it’s perfectly goodㅠㅠㅠ
