What does this “surgery expectation level” mean? Before surgery, the expectations are 5 stars, but the surgical result is something I honestly can’t even rate as 1 star. The most common assessment of D End Plastic Surgery is that the director has a very strong personal pride in his own surgery. Because of that, people trust this director and go into surgery. I also liked the director’s pride and the strong emphasis that “we are different from other clinics,” so I went into surgery with a high level of trust. But in the end, although there is no functional problem, I am extremely dissatisfied from a design standpoint. The tip of my nose was created by the director, who strongly opposed other doctors’ claims that using only ear cartilage makes the nasal tip more likely to drop, and it is now dropping endlessly downward. However, the director, who is very proud, says there appears to be absolutely no problem with the surgery. He said it was only because of my skin that this result occurred, and firmly said that if he kept re-operating until someone liked the nose, it would never end, since someone else might be satisfied with the same nose. My dissatisfaction with the design is one thing, but the part I am most disappointed and angry about is the director’s attitude. To be honest, for me, who valued safety above all else, the director’s surgical method was very appealing. I felt that the detailed explanation and the explanations of the possible functional side effects were, in their own way, sufficient. But after I made the surgery reservation, every moment of the director’s attitude hurt me. To me, it looks like he is just brushing off the patient’s dissatisfaction by saying, “I did the surgery well, didn’t I?” I feel deeply betrayed and upset. I am simply very upset.
