When I visited after making a reservation, I did not have to wait long before the consultation started. At the beginning, they stood in front of me with a mask hanging over the tip of the nose, looked straight at my face, checked the eye line on one side, then briefly explained the procedures that seemed necessary and that was it. It felt like about 5 minutes. After that, the manager showed before-and-after photos of cases for the procedures I had received a quote for, and we talked about the surgical method, cost, and available surgery dates. Overall, they spoke quickly, and because they were wearing a mask, I could not hear well when they talked about the surgical methods since I was not used to it, but overall it was not bad.
