Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

The End Review

First of all, the director really does seem extremely professional He talks a lot, and the consultation lasted an hour But it gets a bit hard for an ordinary person to follow Still, he explained things passionately and pointed out many problems

He said he wouldn’t touch the septum at all and wouldn’t use autologous costal cartilage or functional costal cartilage So I asked what he would use to raise it, and he said he would use ear cartilage for both the cartilage support and the nasal bridge support And to reduce visibility and the hollowed-in feeling, he said he would use postauricular fascia grafting and autologous dermis I’m not sure if I understood correctly, but he said it’s a different method from gluteal dermis Since this is a revision surgery and I already have contracture, my skin is very thin So whether it’s donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage, the skin is at its limit, which means the height will naturally be lower than it is now He explained that the skin couldn’t handle that height in the first place, which is why the contracture happened It was a convincing explanation So instead of making the bridge higher, he said he would lower the tip and create an image that suits my face shape When I asked how much lower exactly, he said he wouldn’t know until he opens it up, and that he would make it fit a triangular shape as much as possible

The surgery is supposed to take about 2 hours, under sedation, and the CCTV can be checked anytime The price was 6.5 million won, which was much lower than I expected It’s revision surgery and a contractured nose, so I thought it would be at least 8 million, and other clinics said the same But here, the doctor sets the price directly, not the manager So maybe that’s why it’s cheaper

Anyway, I can’t say the explanation was the longest and kindest ever, but kindness = surgical skill is not the same thing So I did consider this place too, but the after-service is only 3 months And after checking other review posts, I got the feeling the director is a bit lacking when it comes to post-op complications and aftercare It doesn’t feel like they would handle problems actively if they come up later Still, there are clear advantages in the surgical method, safety-oriented approach, expertise, and price, so I plan to think about it a bit more
