I didn’t really get the feeling that he was trying to deeply understand and diagnose my specific nose.
- He didn’t ask about the shape-related part, and I even saw a review saying you get scolded if you show it. He just summed up what surgery methods he would use.
- I was told the columella and tip would use only ear cartilage, and the bridge would use postauricular fascia, and that there would also be a subtle-surgery approach and prevention of a pinched nose. Because the septum and dorsal hump wouldn’t be touched, there would be no splint. He was also certain that because only autologous tissue would be used, there would be no side effects.

There are people who are really drawn in and think, this is the place, but there are also people like me who actually feel more uncertain after the consultation, so I guess it’s fifty-fifty.
In conclusion, I don’t feel like I desperately want surgery here, but I was attracted by the fact that they can create a pretty shape without an implant. Still, I’m worried about aftercare.
