At the hospital, they recommended using cartilage to tie the nasal tip, but I was scared, so I only had alar reduction. The nostril width did shrink a little, but there wasn’t an extremely dramatic effect. At first, the scar remained red, but now the incision mark is slightly visible and the scar itself is not visible.
