The director recommended a no-implant approach. They explained both the no-implant method and implants well!! And they told me to get an osteotomy.. I had never heard any mention of osteotomy at other clinics, so I was kind of like ?? My goal is to improve the shape of my nasal tip, but since I'm getting nose surgery anyway, I also want to raise the height a little. I said it like that, but the director scolded me so much ;;; saying my face is long, so do I want it to look even longer ;; They scolded me so much that I was taken aback ㅠ Anyway, I got the feeling they really cared about facial harmony But the problem is that what the consultation manager said was a bit different.. With the director, it ended with them strongly recommending no implant, but afterward when I talked with the manager, the manager said something like, still, using silicone makes the shape prettier (?) So that also made me kind of go huh? What are you supposed to do if the director and manager say completely different things.. ㅠ I was planning to use an implant from the start, so I won't do it here, but if you want a no-implant approach and prefer a natural look, I think it wouldn't be bad to consult here!! I didn't get a CT scan. But there is a consultation fee of 10,000 won

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
