The director recommended a no-implant approach. They explained both the no-implant method and implants well!! And they told me to get an osteotomy.. I had never heard any mention of osteotomy at other clinics, so I was kind of like?? My goal is to improve the shape of my nasal tip, but since I'm getting nose surgery anyway, I also want to raise the height a little. I said it like that, but the director scolded me so much;;; saying my face is long, so do I want it to look even longer;; They scolded me so much that I was taken aback Anyway, I got the feeling they really care about facial harmony...
