After consulting with the consultant, I had a consultation with the director next The consultant was very kind, and the director had a calm vibe As soon as I arrived, they took photos and used those for the consultation They also explained things like limitations, and said that things like alar reduction could be decided later They didn’t make a fuss saying it would definitely turn out well, just felt like a T-style consultation (I liked this part)
