I don't think anyone who gets their nose done here expects a dramatic result. Even so, I am not satisfied. There was at least one part I hoped would improve, but even that did not improve. And my nose got longer; I guess I have to console myself that it rose a little. There's a reason I gave the surgery expectation a 5 out of 10. My nose is stiff. It's definitely a surgical nose, but because the change isn't very big, it's depressing. Filler seems better. Even if I wanted to just lift the tip again somewhere else, it already has Gore-Tex inside, so it feels like I'd have to replace the entire bridge too (since there don't seem to be hospitals that operate with Gore-Tex..). I didn't think badly of Gore-Tex, so I chose it, but this seems to be the problem.
