When my friend was getting a nose consultation, I overheard the doctors always saying my nose was pretty, so I didn’t really know what shape I wanted and just thought it would be enough to simply enhance the nasal bridge and nasal tip. Since I happened to see a lot of comments here, I had surgery here without even getting consultations elsewhere. (I was foolish) My surgery appointment was during the day, but the previous surgery ran long, so I waited more than 2 hours. I felt anxious from then on, but since it was my first cosmetic surgery, I really had no sense of what to expect. As soon as the splint came off, I wondered, “Is this right?” because the nose was so high. They put a large 4 mm silicone implant on my nose, which wasn’t low to begin with, did septal extension, and the nasal tip was pinched, so I literally became Pinocchio. The starting point of the silicone at the glabella was also so obvious that a horizontal line? a T-shape? showed clearly at the glabella... Maybe they rushed because they were short on time, but they only did septal extension and didn’t reinforce the columella, so the columella curled inward (like Han Ga-in’s nose, but worse than Han Ga-in’s. Han Ga-in is pretty and glamorous overall so it looks okay, but hers is a severe columellar retraction case.) While I was suffering, the columella area was always red and painful. Since it was my first surgery, I thought it was just healing slowly, but when I searched cosmetic surgery cafes, many opinions said it seemed like inflammation. So I first told a local internal medicine clinic my symptoms, got antibiotics prescribed, and then went back to the plastic surgery clinic. They glanced at it and said it was scar tissue.. lol So I said that wasn’t it, that after taking antibiotics the swelling and pain disappeared, and asked them to look properly. When I lay down on the operating table, they said it was good that I took the medicine and that it was indeed inflammation... They reopened my nose while I was fully conscious, irrigated it, and scraped out the inflammation... Meanwhile, the doctor and all the staff were so rough haha My face, which I used to hear looked cute and delicate.. They turned it completely into the nose of the male celebrity “Boom,” so at that time I met no one except my family... On my face, only my nose was visible. The columella was basically sliced off. In the end, it was so painful that after waiting 6-7 months, I had everything removed at a hospital in Seoul specializing in total removal. They said my original nose was pretty but there had been far too much manipulation of the nasal tip, and when they showed me all the photos from the surgical process, I really wanted to turn back time. I don’t know why they were in such a hurry; the alar cartilage was also cut, so everything had been patched and reinforced with septal cartilage, donated dermis was added too, and nasal obstruction became severe.... After that, I joined a removal group chat, and strangely, I saw many people from Daegu who had surgery here and then had removal. Hearing that they all removed it for reasons like mine (I’m a woman, but they made a male nose. Extremely high and made the midface look lo~~ng) made me shudder even more. Their aesthetic sense looks old-fashioned too.. But removal wasn’t the end... The nasal bridge had been filed down so severely, and the alar cartilage supporting the columella was cut and crushed to the point that the columella was completely crooked and a mess... Since the columella lost support, the crooked columella that was visible from below also started to look crooked from the front.. After removal, I held out as long as possible, then had columellar reconstruction and correction of the filed-down nasal bridge at a reconstructive hospital. What makes me feel wronged is that I had a dorsal hump that was barely noticeable at all, but they filed it down a lot just to comfortably place a high silicone implant haha I realized how much of a living hell I went through because of this place, and that you really shouldn’t only look at recommendation comments on cosmetic surgery cafes haha.. If you click into the IDs that recommend this hospital, all of those accounts have only posted comments recommending that hospital lol Even the advertising-looking posts claiming good results still looked insanely high and long, like a male nose haha. I used to curse every time I saw the sign while passing downtown, but luckily it can’t be seen from the parking lot side.
