I went in for an in-person consultation without deciding on an implant. They let me touch samples and gave me options. By my standards, Mentor Smooth seemed to offer the best value for money, and I liked the feel too, so I started leaning toward Mentor Smooth.
They explained in detail what the pros and cons of each implant were, and it was nice that not only the director but also the consultant was very knowledgeable about breast surgery and explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure like, “You won’t be able to get this price unless you do it now,” which was good. Another hospital I went to before pressured me so much that I didn’t like it ;;;
They said my skin is not on the thin side, so I don’t need to worry too much about rippling. I know it as a fairly long-established hospital, and it still had a lot of patients. There was a bit more waiting than I expected, but they kept checking on me and handled the response well in that regard, so it was okay. An anesthesiology specialist is on-site: O, and the safety system is well set up.
