There was a bit of a wait. The hospital was big too... The consultation felt professional, and they explained things in detail. They also had experience, so I went. At first, I went in thinking about having surgery without implants, but they said it would probably look pretty only if silicone was inserted + osteotomy. When I said I was concerned about a bulbous nose and a somewhat spread-out look, they said we should do it. But even though it would be my first surgery, the price was expensive, so I had no choice but not to include it among my options.
