There was a bit of a wait, and the hospital was big too... The consultation felt professional, and they explained things in detail. They had experience, so I went to check it out. At first I went thinking of a no-implant rhinoplasty, but they said it would come out prettier if silicone was inserted + I said my concerns were a bulbous nose and a somewhat spread-out look, and they said we should do osteotomy. But even though it would be my first surgery, the price was expensive, so I had no choice but not to include it among my options.
